Real Estate and Construction Photography
Ground Photos Only: Starting at $200 Includes up to 20 still photographs with some editing. We understand the need to make real estate photos available quickly so we will always work for the fastest turn-around possible.
Aerial (Drone) Photos Only: Starting at $200 This package will include up to 10 still photographs with editing as necessary.
Video Only: Starting at $400 This could be either a Video Walk Through Tour or Aerial (Drone) Video of your site. This package includes all editing, color grading and music.
The Full Package: Starting at $1000 This package covers it al - Ground and Aerial Photos as well as a Video Walk Through Tour and Aerial Video with all of the above editing included.
Mix and Match: We are happy to accommodate your specific needs. Please contact us so we can find just the right fit for you.
Twilight Photo and Video shoots available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us for pricing.
Promotional Videos
The Basic Package: Starting at $1000 Includes a 4-hour shoot, editing, graphics and audio (voiceover and/or music if required). Finished, High Definition videos will usually be available for download within 4-5 business days after the shoot.
Advanced Packages: Contact us for a free consultation. We offer a variety of video techniques such as aerial, traditional, time lapse, action shots, multiple camera angles and transitional flows. Other considerations for Advanced Packages include multiple shoot locations, visual or audio effects and scripting. 'Telling the story' is what we do. Weddings, Families and Portraits
If you are looking for Wedding, Events, Family Photos or Portrait Photography, we highly recommend Anna Krishnan Photos. Anna is so good at what she does that we decided it's better to collaborate than compete. If you are interested in adding a drone photography/videography package to your family event, we will work with Anna to find the right solution for your needs.
Travel expenses will be added for location shoots more than 30 miles from Stoughton, Wisconsin and a standard per diem rate will be applied for full-day shoots and for shoots that span multiple days.
An important note on copyright © licensing: All photographs and videos delivered to clients come with a limited license for the client's use. Specific copyright © information for your project will be included in the contract.
